I’m a Hospitality & Wellness Strategist with over 15 years of leadership experience across premium and luxury resorts in North America and the Caribbean. As Head of Product Marketing, I’ve led the positioning and transformation of flagship properties ; aligning brand vision, guest journey, operations, and revenue performance. As Lead of Projects, I have overseen full resort openings and end-to-end guest experience design, including Club Med Michès Playa Esmeralda, Club Med Québec Charlevoix, and major renovations such as Club Med Punta Cana and Club Med Cancún.

I specialize in translating strategy into structured, high-impact guest experiences that are both operationally sound and emotionally resonant. I created and launched Wellness Fusion by Club Med, an integrated framework designed to embed well-being across the entire resort ecosystem; beyond the spa, into every touchpoint.
