As a French woman with 17 years in hospitality and a passport full of human stories, I know this truth : the most powerful competitive advantage any hotel or organization has is the quality of its human connections.
I have traveled across 45+ countries, worked on 4 continents designing hospitality & wellness experiences, leading teams in some of the world's hotels. And after watching hundreds of people interact : guests, managers, couples, colleagues ; one pattern became impossible to ignore : we all crave the same things.
To be seen, valued, and genuinely connected. That realization changed everything for me.
Today, I design and facilitate workshops, keynotes and coaching programs — for individuals, hotels and organizations who want to build kinder, higher-performing cultures, and for individuals ready to transform the way they relate to themselves and to others.
